Sylvester provides overall strategic leadership and guidance for the development of the company’s strategies and roadmap. Sylvester is an entrepreneurial leader and manager who have more than 20 year’s experiences in the ICT industry throughout Asia Pacific. His personal vision is “to continuously apply creative and visionary skills in management, sales, marketing and finance onto my job so to maintain myself as a successful leader and businessman in the cyber age with unequal performance”. Prior to joining Easson Telecom, Sylvester held some senior positions in ICT organisations such as HK Telecom, Fortune Telecom, SmarTone, Peoples and Wireless Nation. He has very b background and experiences in running mobile related business and services. Sylvester obtained his first Business Degree from Charles Stuart University, Australia. He subsequently studied two MBAs, majoring in Marketing and TQM at Macquarie University, Australia and New Ports University, United States respectively.

Mr. Leung has over 20 years of experiences in banking, operations, logistics and human resource management. He has improved the efficiency of our operations greatly after joining us as the COO. He had worked with First Pacific as the Assistant Director, the Chief Accountant of Ned Bank, the Head of Operations of BfG Germany, the Group Treasurer and Deputy General Manager of Delta Asia Financial Group. Prior to joining ETL, Patrick was the founder and CEO of Trident Telecom Venture Limited (the first MVNO in Hong Kong). The experiences of Patrick cover both professional management and entrepreneurship. He holds a Diploma of Financial Management.

Mr. Yeung has over 20 years of solid experiences in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions activities. His expertise in appropriation of fund plays a very significant role in our company. Prior to joining our company, Francis was the Director/Head of Corporate Finance of Taiwan Securities (HK) Company Limited. He also held many senior executive positions before that such as the Director of Tanrich Capital Limited, the Director/Head of Corporate Finance of J S Cresvale International Limited, the Director of Santander Investment Capital Limited, the Assistant Director – Corporate Finance of Standard Chartered Asia Limited, the Vice President – Corporate Finance of NatWest Markets, the Vice President – Investment Banking of Noruma International Hong Kong Limited, etc. Francis is a graduate from University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree, majored in Management Studies and minored in Economics.

Rita is responsible for all technical, development and implementation. She has more than 20 years of valuable experiences in project management and process flow re-engineering. Rita also took charge in installing and managing many large systems for ERP, accounting, retailing, wholesales and human resources in the Asia Pacific region. Ms. Wu held some senior positions in the ICT field, companies like HKSE listed company The Grande Group, ePro, Systems, Tricom Systems and Symphonic Telecom and Wireless Nation. She has performed many successful mobile VAS services projects in the Asia Pacific region Rita completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong Chinese University. She then subsequently obtained a TQM Master degree from the Newport University (USA) and completed the ISO9000 auditor course.
